We’re seeking a skilled MARKETING & CONTENT CREATOR with Experience in Real Estate.
The ideal candidate is creative, analytical, and confident in building effective digital strategies that deliver results in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging social media content.
- Capture professional photography and videography
- Edit videos, reels, and promotional content for digital marketing campaigns.
- Design creative marketing materials such as posters, flyers, brochures, banners, and social media graphics.
- Create engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote property listings, projects, and company branding.
Digital Marketing & Advertising
- Run paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, and other platforms
- Track and optimize ad performance to maximize ROI
- Implement SEO strategies to improve rankings and visibility
