Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Operations Manager to support the daily operations of our Food & Beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will assist in maintaining high service standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of restaurant outlets to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Monitor product quality, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer concerns promptly.
- Assist in supervising, coaching, and training restaurant staff.
- Support inventory management and cost control initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Monitor compliance with company policies, SOPs, and health & safety regulations.
- Assist in implementing operational improvements and performance enhancement initiatives.
- Coordinate with outlet teams to achieve sales and operational targets.
