We are urgently hiring an MEP Draftsman with experience in MEP drafting and coordination for ongoing construction projects in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed MEP shop drawings (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting)
- Develop drawings using AutoCAD and/or Revit
- Support BIM coordination and clash resolution
- Coordinate with engineers, site teams, and consultants
- Update drawings as per site conditions and authority requirements
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with project standards
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience as MEP Draftsman (UAE/GCC preferred)
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Understanding of coordination and construction drawings
- Ability to work under deadlines and site coordination pressure
Preferred Skills
- BIM coordination exposure (Navisworks / ACC / BIM 360)
- UAE construction project experience
- Immediate availability / cancelled or Visit Visa preferred
