As part of our expansion, we are seeking experienced Deal Origination & Strategic Partnerships Advisors who possess strong market networks, commercial acumen, and the ability to identify and develop transaction opportunities across the GCC.

Role Overview
We are looking for commercially driven professionals who understand the GCC business landscape and can identify strategic acquisition, investment, fundraising, partnership, and divestment opportunities.
The ideal candidate is a natural relationship builder with a strong network across business owners, family offices, corporate groups, investors, and industry leaders. Rather than focusing solely on transaction execution, this role is responsible for originating opportunities, understanding client objectives, identifying strategic matches, and facilitating high-value introductions.
This position is ideal for professionals who have spent years building relationships within specific industries and possess a deep understanding of how businesses operate, scale, acquire, and raise capital within the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Source buy-side and sell-side M&A opportunities across the GCC
- Identify strategic acquisition targets and potential investors for clients
- Develop relationships with business owners, family offices, corporate groups, private investors, and industry leaders
- Understand client mandates and identify strategic transaction opportunities
- Facilitate introductions between potential buyers, sellers, investors, and strategic partners
- Maintain an active pipeline of transaction opportunities
- Monitor industry trends, consolidation opportunities, and emerging sectors
- Assist in expanding Corvian Advisory’s market presence and referral network
- Work closely with internal transaction teams to support mandate conversion and execution
- Represent Corvian Advisory at networking events, conferences, and industry forums

Requirements
- 3+ years of relevant business development, corporate development, deal origination, investment, or strategic advisory experience
- Strong network within the GCC business community
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop business opportunities
- Understanding of M&A, fundraising, investments, and strategic partnerships
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Commercial mindset with the ability to understand business models and industry dynamics
- Self-driven and capable of working independently
- Prior experience in deal sourcing, transaction origination, or strategic business development is highly preferred

Compensation
