Z&M PRO LAB LLC in Jebel Ali, Dubai is hiring a Food Technologist to work with our dietary supplements. We produce powder products such as whey protein and creatine, as well as capsule products such as vitamins, Omega, and similar formulas. In this role you will support product formulas and how they are processed, including how powders mix, flow, and stay stable and how capsules are filled correctly. You will also check incoming materials and finished products in the lab for things such as potency, moisture, appearance, mixability, and basic microbiology, and keep the quality records that allow batches to be released.
The person we are looking for should understand how these types of powders and capsules behave during production and testing, know the usual checks used for protein, creatine, vitamins, and oils, and be comfortable with standard GMP documentation. A degree in food science, chemistry, pharmacy, or a related field and experience in supplements or similar manufacturing is preferred.
