Job Overview
We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about coffee, beverages, and customer service, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, tea, and other drinks according to company standards
- Take customer orders and handle billing through POS systems
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of the coffee station, equipment, and service area
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment
- Follow food safety and health regulations at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
- Assist in opening and closing duties
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Barista or in the F&B industry is preferred
- Knowledge of coffee brewing methods and beverage preparation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic cash handling and POS system knowledge
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in specialty coffee preparation
- Knowledge of latte art is an advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: Up to AED2,500.00 per month
