Data Platform Administrator Jobs in Doha at Mindstream
Responsibilities:
– Administer and maintain enterprise data platforms and cloud data services
– Monitor platform performance, availability, and health
– Configure and manage platform resources, storage, and compute capacity
– Manage user accounts, access controls, and security policies
– Support data ingestion, integration, and processing pipelines
– Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures
Requirements:
– Hands-on experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, Databricks, Snowflake, and Azure Data Lake Storage
– Proficiency in SQL, PowerShell, and Python for automation and scripting
– Knowledge of RBAC, IAM, data security, and governance practices
– Experience with ETL/ELT pipelines, Azure Data Factory, SQL Server, and Azure SQL Database
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline
