Key Responsibilities
- Giving clients travel destination advise
- Assisting customers in creating reasonable travel budgets and trying to create packages that fit those budgets
- Finding the greatest offers on travel, dining, lodging, and activities by researching fares and rates
- Teaching customers about security and safety while they travel Identifying the required vaccinations and travel documents
- Confirming travel arrangements with customers and making any modifications
- Helping to resolve unforeseen obstacles, including cancelled flights or trouble making hotel reservations
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service or the travel and tourism industry is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of travel reservation systems (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo) is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic & English; additional languages are an advantage.
Pay: AED2,500.00 per month
