Job Summary
As our e-commerce business continues to expand, with both new customers and existing specialty stores growing their online product portfolios, the volume of order processing and data management has increased significantly. We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Operator to support the efficient handling of customer orders, product information, and administrative data, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and update customer orders in the system.
- Maintain product and customer databases with a high level of accuracy.
- Verify order details and resolve data discrepancies.
- Process online orders and ensure timely updates.
- Coordinate with the sales, warehouse, and customer service teams regarding order information.
- Maintain organized digital records and documentation.
- Generate reports as required by management.
- Perform other administrative and data entry tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in data entry, administration, or e-commerce support is preferred.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Familiarity with ERP systems or e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an e-commerce or retail environment.
- Basic understanding of order processing and inventory management.
Pay: QAR5,000.00 – QAR5,500.00 per month
