We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing Executive – SEA to join our team in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate quotations, managing pricing strategies, supporting the sales team, and ensuring competitive pricing while maintaining company profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and issue accurate quotations for customers in the UAE.
* Review customer requirements and provide competitive pricing solutions.
* Coordinate with the sales, procurement, and operations teams to obtain pricing information.
* Maintain and update pricing records, cost sheets, and quotation databases.
* Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to support pricing strategies.
* Analyze costs, margins, and profitability for products and services.
* Ensure timely submission of quotations and tender documents.
* Prepare pricing reports and assist management with commercial analysis.
* Maintain compliance with company policies and customer requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in pricing, quotations, sales support, or commercial operations.
* Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills.
* Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Preferred Qualifications
* Knowledge of UAE commercial practices and tender processes.
* Experience in logistics, trading, or service industries is an advantage.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
