Job description:
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Proven experience in influencer marketing and digital sales
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
- Familiarity with key social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube)
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and clients
- Hands-on experience with influencer platforms (e.g., Hype Auditor, Influence) and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Highly organized, target-driven, and able to work under pressure
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and connect with relevant influencers and bloggers for campaigns
- Negotiate pricing, deliverables, and timelines with influencers
- Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative/content) to align messaging
- Track campaign performance and generate detailed reports
- Build long-term relationships with influencers and clients
- Support the business development team in generating leads and closing deals
