As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms. You will explain the vehicle import process from Korea, including costs, shipping duration, and required procedures.
Your role involves assisting customers in selecting the appropriate vehicle according to their budget and specifications. Coordination with suppliers and Korean exhibitions will be necessary to obtain pricing quotes and confirm orders.
Monitoring the purchase of vehicles and sending reports, images, and videos to customers prior to shipping is essential. You will also track shipping procedures and inform customers about the shipping status and delivery timelines.
Coordination with customs clearance companies within the kingdom is crucial to ensure the swift completion of procedures. You will be responsible for issuing contracts, invoices, and ensuring all documentation is complete.
Handling customer complaints and resolving issues professionally is a key part of your responsibilities. Updating customer data and requests in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is also required.
Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships with them is essential for success in this role.
