Job Description:
-Configure, maintain, and integrate the CRM platform with internal systems (ERP, accounting, call center) and external tools (WhatsApp, email marketing, booking platforms).
-Build and optimize workflows, triggers, and AI tools (chatbots, predictive models) to improve efficiency, response times, and customer experience.
-Create dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign performance; continuously test and optimize automations.
-Manage permissions, data hygiene, and security; provide training and collaborate with sales and marketing for segmentation and personalized campaigns.
