Job Overview: The Procurement Engineer is responsible for sourcing and purchasing materials and services needed for engineering projects. This role involves working closely with suppliers, ensuring timely delivery, managing costs, and ensuring the materials meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source and select suppliers for required materials and services.
- Manage the purchasing process, including creating and tracking purchase orders.
- Negotiate prices and delivery terms with suppliers.
- Monitor and control procurement costs.
- Ensure all purchased materials meet project requirements and quality standards.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in UAE
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
