Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of international dishes for buffet service
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet restaurant standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations
- Assist with food preparation, portion control, and stock management
- Work as part of a team to ensure smooth kitchen operations
