Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and result-driven Accountant to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records handling day-to-day accounting activities supporting Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable functions, and preparing financial reports.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain the system of accounts and accurate records of all company transactions and assets.
* Record and process daily accounting transactions, journal entries, adjustments, and financial data.
* Implement and follow accounting procedures and processes established by the company.
* Review Accounts Receivable (AR) & Accounts Payable (AP) & balances and support weekly payment runs.
* Process invoices, receipts, payments, expenses, and other accounting documents accurately.
* Ensure proper handling and recording of financial transactions within designated limits.
* Liaise with suppliers regarding payments, invoices, receipts, statements, and required documents.
* Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, supplier accounts, and other financial records.
* Assist in preparing monthly & weekly financial statements and management reports.
* Analyze financial data and provide accurate reports as required by management.
* Maintain proper filing and documentation of accounting records.
* Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality of financial information.
* Perform other accounting and finance-related duties assigned by management.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* **2–3 years of relevant experience as an Accountant.**
* Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
* Good knowledge of financial statements and accounting procedures.
* Proficiency in accounting software.
* Expert knowledge of MS Excel.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Honest, reliable, and professional.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Result-driven with a proactive approach to work.

Salary:- AED 3,000 – AED 3,500 per month (negotiable based on experience)
