Job Title: Pick-Up Staff

Responsibilities:
- Receive and verify customer orders before handover.
- Ensure all pick-up orders are complete, accurate, and properly packed.
- Hand over orders to customers and delivery drivers in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate with kitchen, cashier, and delivery staff to ensure smooth order flow.
- Monitor order preparation times and follow up on delayed orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pick-up and waiting area.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding their orders.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Report customer feedback and operational issues to the supervisor.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a restaurant, fast-food, or customer service role preferred.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple orders.
- Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and reliability.

Pay: AED2,000.00 – AED2,500.00 per month
