Job Summary:
The Executive Accountant will be responsible for managing the financial operations of multiple companies within the group. This role includes financial reporting, cash flow management, reconciliation, VAT filing assistance, and overall financial administration. The candidate should have a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and compliance with tax regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Cash Flow Management: Prepare and monitor monthly cash flow reports for each company within the group, ensuring effective liquidity management.
Credit Card & Payables Report: Prepare monthly credit card reports, analyze expenses, and maintain records of payables for timely payments.
Receivables & Payment Scheduling: Manage accounts receivable, schedule payments, and ensure timely collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
Financial Reports (FES Report): Prepare and analyze FES reports for all companies, providing insights into financial performance.
VAT Filing & Audit Support: Assist the auditing team in VAT filing and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Reconciliation & Documentation: Perform regular reconciliations of bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer accounts.
Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential cost-saving opportunities.
Coordination with Stakeholders: Work closely with management, vendors, and auditors to facilitate smooth financial operations.
Compliance & Regulatory Requirements: Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CA/CPA is a plus).
Minimum of 03 years of experience in accounting, preferably within a group of companies in UAE.
Proficiency in accounting software (SAP, QuickBooks, Tally, or similar).
Strong analytical and financial reporting skills.
Good understanding of VAT regulations and tax filing procedures.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple companies’ accounts efficiently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
