This role acts as a strategic bridge between business units and the IT department to ensure customer application solutions are fully aligned with operational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
The Customer Applications Business Partner manages the Customer Applications Ecosystem (Billing/C2M, CRM, E-Channels, Mobile Apps) by acting as the primary link between business units and IT. This role leads the SDLC, IT analysis, and documentation (BRD, SRS). It includes overseeing Systems Integration, Technology Strategy, Service Management, and SLAs. The partner shapes business requirements during early ideation, provides out-of-the-box solution designs, and resolves conflicts between IT and business units.
Key Requirements:
Experience in Business Analysis and Business Solutions Architecture.
Essential skills include IT documentation, Stakeholder Management, problem-solving, and decision-making.
The candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate complex IT concepts to non-technical stakeholders and manage stakeholder expectations.
Education & Experience:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
