Job Overview
JMM Real Estate Broker L.L.C is seeking an experienced Real Estate Content Creator with a strong background in Dubai’s off-plan market. The ideal candidate must have prior experience as an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent, be confident on camera, and possess the ability to create engaging property content that generates leads and builds brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and present engaging property videos, reels, and market updates for social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Visit developer projects and create professional off-plan property tours and promotional content.
- Present project features, payment plans, and investment opportunities confidently on camera.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote new launches and generate leads through digital platforms.
- Stay updated on Dubai’s off-plan market trends and developer launches.
- Assist in building and growing JMM Real Estate’s social media presence.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an Off-Plan Real Estate Agent in Dubai (Mandatory).
- Must have their own valid UAE visa.
- Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, off-plan projects, and investment opportunities.
- Previous experience in creating social media content and appearing on camera.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Creative, energetic, and confident personality.
- Experience with video editing applications such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar tools is an advantage.
- Must currently be residing in Dubai.
