Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of the labour camp.
- Ensure accommodation facilities are clean, hygienic, and properly maintained.
- Allocate rooms to employees and maintain accurate occupancy records.
- Conduct routine inspections of rooms, kitchens, dining areas, washrooms, and common areas.
- Coordinate maintenance activities, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and civil repairs.
- Liaise with housekeeping, catering, laundry, and security teams to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Monitor food quality, hygiene, and meal schedules in coordination with catering contractors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations.
- Maintain inventory of camp assets, furniture, appliances, and consumables.
- Coordinate transportation schedules for employees between camp and project sites.
- Address employee accommodation concerns and resolve complaints promptly.
- Monitor utility consumption and recommend cost-saving measures.
- Ensure pest control activities are conducted regularly.
- Maintain employee attendance records within the camp where applicable.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on camp operations, occupancy, maintenance, and incidents.
- Coordinate emergency response procedures and ensure emergency equipment is functional.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and local authority regulations regarding labour accommodation.
- Support HR during employee arrivals, departures, and room allocation.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Facility Management, or a related field.
- Certification in First Aid or Fire Safety is an added advantage.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss or Camp Supervisor in the construction, contracting, or facilities management industry.
- Experience managing large labour accommodations (100–1,000+ occupants) is preferred.
- Experience working in the UAE/GCC is highly desirable.
Pay: From AED4,000.00 per month
