Job Summary:
This role is responsible for managing Traditional trade outlets (baqalas, independent supermarkets, and wholesalers), driving sales growth, building strong relationships with clients, follow up on collection, ensure Traditional trade outlets (baqalas, independent supermarkets, and wholesalers) are well trained and educated about our products.
Most importantly, training and supporting wholesalers in increasing distributions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation & Growth: Proactively approach potential wholesalers and offer relevant agreed-upon brands and products (Baby Care-Personal care-Baby Food)
2. Achieve monthly and annual brand sales targets.
3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories. Expand the customer base and increase product penetration.
4. Identifying challenges or opportunities for distribution and proposing strategies to overcome challenges
5. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
6. On board new accounts, Process orders, monitor stock levels, coordinate shipping dates, and handle client inquiries regarding pricing or product availability & promotions.
7. Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business.
8. Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of personal care & Baby products, including key selling features, benefits, usage instructions, and safety compliance.
9. Accurately process orders and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery and stock availability.
10. Regularly update and report sales performance, KPIs, and forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
11. Follow up with customers to ensure timely payments and reduce outstanding receivables.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum 3 years of recent experience in "Personal care products" Industry of at least 3 years in the UAE market (Dubai, Sharjah & Abu Dhabi).
2. Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
3. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
4. Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
5. Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM tools is an advantage.
6. Valid UAE driver’s license (DL) and ownership of a car.
7. Willingness to travel within the assigned region.
