Compliance & Tax Executive Jobs in Dubai at Abdulla Al Arif Investment
Compliance Duties:
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all local and international laws and regulations applicable to its operations in the UAE, including but not limited to anti-money laundering (AML), data protection, and sector-specific regulations.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate potential compliance risks. Proactively advise senior management on compliance risks and recommend strategies to address them.
Internal Audits: Conduct internal audits to monitor adherence to company policies, identify gaps, and work on corrective actions.
Compliance Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on compliance matters to senior management and regulatory authorities, ensuring transparency and timely reporting.
Tax Duties:
Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax obligations under UAE tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and other relevant taxes. Prepare and submit tax filings within deadlines.
Tax Reporting & Documentation: Prepare, review, and submit accurate tax reports, returns, and documentation to the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and other relevant authorities.
Tax Audits & Disputes: Liaise with tax authorities in case of audits or disputes, providing necessary documentation and support to resolve any tax-related issues.
Tax Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential tax risks, advising management on the impact of changes in tax legislation or company operations on tax liabilities.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. A professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, or a tax-related certification (e.g., CTA) is highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in compliance and tax functions, preferably in the UAE .
Knowledge: Strong understanding of UAE tax laws, including VAT, corporate tax, and other tax regulations.

Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per month
