This pivotal in-house role will be responsible for managing our UK client desk from our vibrant Dubai office. As a Client Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial part in maintaining and enhancing relationships with our high-value UK clients, operating within regulated, high-volume markets for a trusted global brand.
Key Responsibilities
• Proactively engage with existing UK clients to foster strong relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
• Implement effective retention and re-activation strategies to minimize churn and maximize client lifetime value.
• Drive strong deposit volumes through expert client management and conversion techniques.
• Address client inquiries and resolve issues efficiently, upholding the brand's reputation for exceptional service.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize client experience and identify opportunities for growth.
• Maintain an ethical approach to all client interactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
