We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling project coordination, preparing proposals and presentations, and supporting business development activities. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Conduct client meetings and understand project requirements.
* Follow up with leads, inquiries, quotations, and ongoing projects.
* Coordinate between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
* Prepare professional proposals, quotations, and project presentations.
* Develop mini presentations and pitch materials for client meetings.
* Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
* Identify new business opportunities and support sales growth initiatives.
* Assist in marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional efforts.
* Maintain accurate records of client communications and project status.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and follow-up.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Account Management, or Client Servicing.
* Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
* Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
* Professional appearance and client-facing experience.
Preferred Skills
* Experience in the advertising, branding, printing, events, or creative industry.
* Knowledge of CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
* Ability to prepare compelling business presentations and client pitches.
Pay: AED6,000.00 – AED7,000.00 per hour
