Role Description:
This is a FULL-TIME, ON-SITE role, regular travel between client sites. Due to the Company’s active growth, we are opening this vacancy. We are looking for a hands-on Cleaning Operations Manager to manage people, cleaning processes, equipment, service quality and Client relationships across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Site Management
- Manage cleaning operations across multiple client sites (regular, deep, post-construction, floor/carpet/glass/facade cleaning)
- Launch new sites and contracts
- Conduct site inspections and quality checks
- Handle client requests and complaints
Staff & Shift Management
- Plan shifts, allocate cleaners and supervisors
- Arrange urgent staff replacements
- Control attendance, discipline and productivity
- Recruit, onboard and train cleaning personnel (cleaners, supervisors, team leaders)
Equipment, Chemicals & Stock
- Select suitable cleaning machines, tools and chemicals
- Control correct dilution, equipment maintenance and stock levels
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare schedules, checklists, inspection and before‑after photo reports
- Prepare attendance, KPI and operational reports
- Maintain employee and client data in CRM
- Coordinate additional and emergency work
- Maintain operational communication with clients
Requirements:
Language skills
- Good English
Experience
- Commercial cleaning / housekeeping / Soft FM
- Managing cleaners and supervisors across several sites
- Launching new sites and contracts
- Regular and specialised cleaning services
Technical knowledge
- Cleaning processes, machines and equipment
- Chemicals, dilution and safe handling
Management & soft skills
- Onboard and train staff
- Quality control and site inspections
- Client communication and complaint handling
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
Driving & mobility
- Valid UAE driving licence
- At least 3 years of driving experience
- Willingness to travel between sites daily
- Availability outside standard hours when required
Digital skills
- Confident with Word, Excel, Google Docs & Sheets
- WhatsApp and photo reporting
Advantages:
