Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor – Interior Fit-Out to oversee and manage day-to-day site activities for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of interior finishing works, the ability to supervise site teams, ensure quality workmanship, and deliver projects safely and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise all interior fit-out activities, including partitions, ceilings, flooring, painting, joinery, gypsum, tiling, and finishing works.
- Coordinate daily site operations with subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Monitor productivity, quality, and progress of work.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution issues.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, MEP teams, and clients.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Plan and allocate manpower, materials, tools, and equipment effectively.
- Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
- Monitor material usage and minimize wastage.
- Assist in project handover, snagging, and rectification works.
- Ensure timely completion of projects within budget and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Civil Supervisor in interior fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of interior finishing works and construction methods.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction standards and safety regulations is preferred.
- Valid UAE Driving License is an advantage
Pay: AED3,000.00 – AED3,500.00 per month
