We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Product Officer to support the development, implementation, and management of our product portfolio.
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure products meet customer needs, business objectives, and regulatory requirements. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who enjoys collaborating with stakeholders and driving product improvements.
Key Responsibilities :
- Support the development, enhancement, and management of the organization’s products.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful product implementation and delivery.
- Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on customer and business requirements.
- Prepare product-related reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Provide product support and respond to customer and business unit inquiries.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product and business objectives.
Requirements :
- Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Product Officer or in a similar role.
- Banking industry experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
