Job Title: Civil Supervisor
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are currently looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to join our team.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in the UAE or GCC.
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, construction methods, and quality standards.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Good leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety practices.
- Must be available to join immediately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and monitor daily construction activities on site.
- Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and site personnel.
- Monitor quality, safety, and productivity on site.
- Inspect completed work and report progress to the Project Engineer/Site Engineer.
- Ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are utilized efficiently.
Preferred Candidate:
- Civil Engineering background.
- Minimum 5 years of UAE/GCC construction experience.
- Currently residing in the UAE.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.
