Retail Sales Associate / Cashier (Arabic & English Speaker) Jobs in Doha at Today’s Fashion
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate / Cashier with previous retail experience in Qatar. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Arabic and English and have hands-on experience in both sales and cashier operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Operate the POS system and handle cash, card, and digital payments accurately.
- Prepare invoices, receipts, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and end-of-day closing procedures.
- Handle product exchanges and returns according to company policy.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, visual merchandising, and product displays.
- Assist in stock receiving, replenishment, and inventory control.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide excellent after-sales service.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of retail sales experience in Qatar.
- Previous experience as a Retail Sales Associate and Cashier.
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, billing, cash handling, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Speaking).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Good numerical and computer skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Experience in the fashion/garment retail industry will be an advantage.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Salary: QAR 2,500-3,000 (Total Package).
