Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and hardworking Cashier and Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate should be willing to handle both cashier and waiter/waitress responsibilities while providing excellent customer service.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and take food and beverage orders.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
- Handle billing and process cash, card, and digital payments.
- Maintain the cashier counter and dining area in a clean and organized condition.
- Clear and reset tables after customers leave.
- Coordinate with the kitchen staff to ensure smooth service.
- Respond to customer inquiries in a polite and professional manner.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards.
Requirements
- Malayalam language is mandatory.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Honest, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to perform both cashier and waiter/waitress duties
