We are looking for a qualified and experienced Civil Site Supervision Engineer to join our engineering consultancy team in Dubai.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 3–6 years of UAE experience in civil site supervision with an engineering consultancy.
Dubai Municipality Approved Engineer is preferred.
Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality regulations, construction practices, and relevant building codes.
Excellent communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise all civil construction activities on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, contract requirements, and quality standards.
Prepare and submit accurate daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
Review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), contractor payment applications, and variation orders.
Conduct site inspections and monitor construction quality, progress, and safety.
Coordinate with clients, contractors, subcontractors, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth project execution.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.
Identify site issues and provide practical engineering solutions.
Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality regulations, project specifications, and applicable standards.
Attend site meetings and prepare technical reports and inspection records as required.
Required Skills
Strong experience in site supervision and construction management.
Ability to prepare professional engineering reports and site documentation.
Experience in BOQ review and quantity verification.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and engineering documentation.
Strong organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and coordinate effectively with all project stakeholders.
