Working Hours: 12-hour shift
Weekly Off: 1 day per week (scheduled by management)
About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Field Sales Officer to join our growing dental clinic. Your primary responsibility will be to increase patient flow by promoting our dental services, building relationships with individuals and businesses, and generating new patients through direct field marketing and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit residential communities, offices, business centers, retail shops, gyms, salons, hotels, and commercial areas to promote the clinic.
- Build relationships with companies, HR departments, schools, universities, hotels, gyms, and local businesses to generate patient referrals and corporate partnerships.
- Promote and sell the clinic’s dental treatment packages, special offers, and dental coupons.
- Generate new patient leads and convert them into confirmed appointments.
- Distribute brochures, promotional vouchers, and marketing materials.
- Maintain daily reports of visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Follow up with prospective clients to maximize conversions.
- Represent the clinic professionally and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly patient acquisition and sales targets.
- Identify new opportunities to increase patient flow and expand the clinic’s network.
Requirements
- Previous experience in field sales, outdoor sales, direct sales, healthcare marketing, or dental sales is preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and comfortable approaching new people.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage).
- Familiarity with Dubai’s business and residential areas is preferred.
- UAE sales experience is an advantage.
