Job Description:
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn, including content scheduling, publishing, and responding to customer messages and comments.
• Create engaging social media content including captions, Stories, Reels, and basic Canva creatives, while staying updated with current trends
• Support marketing activities including new product launches, seasonal promotions, corporate gifting campaigns, and Meta/Google advertising.
• Monitor and improve social media performance through audience engagement, competitor research, trend analysis, and monthly reporting
