About the Opportunity:
We are currently expanding our real estate sales team and are looking for experienced Property Consultants who are ready to take ownership of their success in a performance-driven environment supported by strong marketing investment, access to quality property listings, and a consistent pipeline of high-quality leads.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end sales transactions for residential and investment properties across Dubai, including both off-plan and secondary market opportunities.
• Generate and manage qualified leads through company marketing channels, networking, referrals, and proactive business development.
• Conduct professional consultations with investors and buyers to understand their requirements and recommend suitable property opportunities.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, project presentations, and investment consultations with clients.
• Negotiate offers and close property transactions while maintaining a high level of professionalism and client service.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with developers, investors, buyers, and repeat clients.
• Stay up to date with Dubai real estate market trends, pricing movements, and new project launches.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities within the company CRM system.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets while contributing to the overall growth of the brokerage.
