Job Title: Chef de Partie (CDP) –Arabic Cuisines

- Working Schedule: 6 days per week, 1 day off
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in Arabic / Mediterranean cuisine to join a private household of a High-Net-Worth Individual (HNWI) based in Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality Arabic dishes/ Mediterranean for lunch and dinner service.
- Plan menus and ensure consistent food quality, taste, and presentation.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen organization.
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ingredient sourcing.
- Ensure timely preparation and service while maintaining exceptional culinary standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7–8 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role.
- Strong expertise in Arabic cuisines/ Mediterranean.
- Experience working in private households, luxury hospitality, or fine dining establishments is preferred.
- Ability to prepare authentic, healthy, and well-presented meals.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Pay: AED9,000.00 – AED11,000.00 per month
