Location: Jumeirah, Dubai, UAE | Job Type: Full-Time

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week | Visa sponsorship available if required

About Yeppeun Skin Clinic

Yeppeun Skin Clinic is a premium Korean medical dermatology clinic based in Jumeirah, Dubai. We combine Korean dermatological expertise with a medical-first approach to deliver trusted, results-driven skin and aesthetic treatments. We are looking for a driven Sales Officer to join our growing team and help convert client interest into bookings while delivering an exceptional, consultative client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and social media DMs/comments across phone, WhatsApp, social media, email, and in-person walk-ins.
  • Convert leads into confirmed bookings for consultations and treatments.
  • Guide clients through consultations, confidently explaining treatments, procedures, and pricing.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, tracking leads from first contact through conversion.
  • Follow up proactively with potential and existing patients, upselling and cross-selling relevant treatments and packages.
  • Promote clinic services, treatment packages, and memberships to prospective and current clients.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including interactions, bookings, and sales performance, using CRM and reporting tools.
  • Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff to ensure a seamless patient experience from inquiry to treatment.
  • Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.

Requirements

  • Legally eligible to work in Dubai, UAE.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aesthetics, beauty, healthcare, or wellness industry.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and customer service, including customer relation management, lead generation and conversion, client retention, and upselling/cross-selling.
  • Experience in tele-sales, WhatsApp sales, customer service, and social media conversion is an advantage.
  • Background in consultation or customer service roles.
  • Preferred experience in aesthetic clinics, dermatology clinics, beauty clinics, cosmetic or wellness brands, healthcare, or the medical tourism industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Good spoken and written English; Arabic, Korean, or other languages are a plus.
  • Knowledge of patient acquisition and conversion strategies.
  • Familiarity with sales reporting tools.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED8,000.00 per month
