· 8-12 years of experience in security/CCTV systems project management and large-scale procurement
· Minimum 5 – 8 years managing multi-million-value tenders or capital projects.
· Experience delivering CCTV or security infrastructure projects of comparable scale (large mixed-use developments, city-wide deployments) is a strong advantage.
Experience in real estate, property management, or infrastructure development is preferred.
