Job Title: Estimator – Fitout (Fit-Out Projects)
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Estimator – Fit-Out to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for interior fit-out projects across commercial, retail, hospitality, residential, and mixed-use developments. This role is critical to securing profitable projects by delivering competitive, accurate, and timely pricing while ensuring compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse drawings, specifications, BOQs, and project documents.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations for fire protection and interior fit-out projects.
- Perform quantity take-offs from drawings and project documents.
- Obtain and evaluate quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with the engineering, procurement, and project teams during the estimation process.
- Prepare value engineering proposals to optimize project costs without compromising quality.
- Identify project risks, exclusions, and assumptions during bid preparation.
- Maintain updated pricing databases, material costs, and labor rates.
- Ensure all estimates comply with client requirements, local regulations, and company standards.
- Support the commercial team during tender clarifications and project handovers.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Strong knowledge of fitout materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural & MEP drawings.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.

Pay: AED4,000.00 – AED6,000.00 per month
