Job description
We are a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar field. Proficiency in communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office is required. Experience in using any ERP software is essential for this role.
Responsibilities: –
- Coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and clients.
- Managing and organizing sales data, reports, and customer information.
- Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Utilizing ERP software to track sales orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
- Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.
**Requirements:**
- 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office applications. – Experience in using ERP software is a must. – Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
