We are a leading company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in sales or a similar field. Proficiency in communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Office is required. Experience in using any ERP software is essential for this role.

Responsibilities: –

  • Coordinating sales activities and ensuring seamless communication between sales teams and clients.
  • Managing and organizing sales data, reports, and customer information.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales proposals, presentations, and contracts.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilizing ERP software to track sales orders, inventory, and customer interactions.
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions.

**Requirements:**

  • 1-2 years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office applications. – Experience in using ERP software is a must. – Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach.
