About the Role
A leading Interior Fit-Out company in Dubai is looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Interior Fit-Out or Real Estate sales, strong client relationships, and the ability to generate new business opportunities across the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Interior Fit-Out and Real Estate sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, developers, and contractors.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and client meetings.
- Conduct presentations and site visits to understand client requirements.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the estimation team.
- Negotiate contracts and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Follow up on project inquiries from initial contact through project completion.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of UAE experience in Interior Fit-Out or Real Estate Sales.
- Strong network of clients, consultants, developers, and property management companies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- UAE Driving License is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE Interior Fit-Out industry and market trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).
