Job Description:
As a Mystery Shopper, you will:
- Visit assigned locations as a regular customer
- Evaluate customer service, staff behavior, and overall experience
- Follow a given scenario during your visit
- Complete and submit a detailed online report after each assignment
- Maintain full confidentiality of all assignments
Requirements:
- Strong observation and attention to detail
- Good written communication skills (English preferred)
- Responsible, punctual, and reliable
- Ability to follow instructions accurately
- No prior experience required (training provided)
Compensation:
- Paid per completed visit or assignment
- Rates depend on location and type of audit
- Reimbursements provided for approved purchases (if applicable
