Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Estimator for Dubai-based fit-out and construction projects.
The candidate should be able to prepare accurate project costing, BOQ, material calculation, quotation comparison, and tender estimation.
Responsibilities
- Prepare estimation and costing sheets
- Study drawings, specifications, and tender documents
- Prepare BOQ and material quantity calculation
- Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations
- Compare vendor quotations and prepare cost analysis
- Support tender submission and project pricing
- Coordinate with project, design, and procurement teams
Requirements
- Experience in fit-out, interior, joinery, or construction estimation
- Good knowledge of materials, pricing, and BOQ preparation
- Ability to read drawings and specifications
- Strong Excel skills
- UAE experience preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred
Pay: AED4,500.00 – AED5,000.00 per month
