We are building a high-performing team and seeking an experienced, proactive HR Manager to lead our HR department, talent acquisition, and people operations from the ground up.
Key Responsibilities:
– Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Lead full-cycle recruitment for real estate sales agents, property consultants, and administrative staff to build a strong sales team.
– Policy & Compliance Setup: Establish clear HR policies, employee handbook, and onboarding procedures fully compliant with UAE Labour Law and MOHRE regulations.
– Performance & Compensation: Collaborate with management to structure competitive commission plans, sales incentives, and performance KPIs.
– Administration & Operations: Manage payroll processing (WPS), employee visa procedures, health insurance, and day-to-day HR administration.
– Employee Relations: Build a positive, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment for a multicultural team.
