- Proven experience in UAE real estate sales
- Existing real estate team preferred
- Strong leadership and coaching skills
- Valid UAE driving license preferred

Compensation
Commission-Based Position (No Fixed Salary)
This role is designed for entrepreneurial Team Leaders and established sales teams who prefer a high-performance commission structure with no earning cap.
