Job Description
As the Brand Manager for Nafas by Noor, you will be the ultimate gatekeeper of our brand equity. This is not a performance marketing role; this is a position focused entirely on brand psychology, prestige positioning, and narrative consistency across all touchpoints.
- Owning the Identity: Take full control of the Nafas brand identity, ensuring our prestige positioning is felt at every single touchpoint, from unboxing to retail presence.
- Guarding the Brand: Act as the ultimate gatekeeper for our brand guidelines. You will ensure that our tone, aesthetic, and storytelling remain 100% consistent and uncompromising.
- Contextual Hybridization Strategy: Build brand strategies rooted in the psychology of luxury, seamlessly blending sensory storytelling with the functional benefits of our fragrances.
- Narrative Translation: Oversee our copywriting and content ratio to translate our fragrances into high-end, captivating narratives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work directly with leadership to ensure the visual execution of every product launch aligns perfectly with our high-gloss, cinematic aesthetic.
