Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Chef with strong experience. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional cooking techniques, spices, and ingredients, and be able to deliver high-quality dishes consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and cook authentic Caribbean dishes (e.g., jerk, curry, stews, grilled meats, seafood)
• Contribute to menu development and seasonal specials
• Maintain high standards of food hygiene and kitchen safety
• Manage kitchen operations during service
• Ensure consistency, presentation, and quality of all dishes
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams
