Position: BRANCH MANAGER
- Experienced Branch Manager holding UAE Visa and UAE Driving License preferably with MBA.
- Lead and manage all aspects of the branch, including sales, operations, and customer service.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment, promoting teamwork and collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, handling any escalated issues or concerns.
- Train Employees and evaluate their performance.
Education
- Graduate preferably with MBA or ACII in Insurance
Experience
- Minimum 07 years of experience in Insurance Industry.

- Strong knowledge of insurance products, services and regulations.
- Excellent Leadership and People management skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make quick and sound decisions even in high-pressure situations.
