Job Purpose:
The BIM Coordinator plays a critical role in managing Building Information Modeling processes across design and execution stages. You will coordinate between disciplines, ensure model accuracy, and lead the integration of BIM tools within the project workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage BIM models across architecture, structure, and MEP disciplines.
Ensure all design documentation adheres to project BIM standards and requirements.
Lead clash detection sessions using Navisworks and resolve model conflicts efficiently.
Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure accurate model-to-field integration.
Review and validate consultant/subcontractor BIM deliverables.
Prepare visual presentations, 3D views, and construction animations as needed.
Maintain the Common Data Environment (CDE) and model version control.
Support and train project stakeholders in BIM processes and tools when required.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in BIM coordination for construction or fit-out projects.
Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, and BIM 360 (Autodesk Construction Cloud).
Experience in fit-out or high-end interior projects is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of architectural and MEP coordination.
Familiarity with COBie, ISO 19650 standards is a plus.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
