Female Floor Manager Jobs in Dubai at BG GLOBAL SPA
We are seeking an experienced Female Floor Manager to join our pre-opening team. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in luxury hospitality, high-end spas, wellness facilities, or luxury hotels and be passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading day-to-day floor operations.
This role is responsible for ensuring seamless guest service, maintaining operational excellence, supervising the front-of-house team, and upholding the highest standards expected in a luxury wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the guest areas and ensure smooth floor operations.
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the front-of-house and guest-facing teams.
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences by maintaining the highest service standards.
- Handle guest concerns and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient daily operations.
- Monitor cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of all guest areas.
- Support the implementation of operational procedures, policies, and service standards.
- Assist with team training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Floor Manager, Spa Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
- Experience within a luxury spa, wellness facility, five-star hotel, luxury resort, or premium hospitality environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and guest relations skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Additional languages (Russian, Arabic, French, Spanish, or others) are an advantage.
- Must currently be based in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
- Available to attend a face-to-face interview in Dubai.

Pay: AED31.97 – AED104.42 per month
